Shipping Policy

Each DoulaBox will be shipped within 5-7 days from the order being placed. Orders are shipped priority which typically takes 2-3 days to arrive. 

If you purchase a subscription, the first box will go out within the first week with each subsequent box shipped approx 3 months apart as it relates to the trimester. If there are questions or changes to due date, please contact us to adjust the time frame in which the boxes need to be delivered.

Each package is insured for $50, however DoulaBox is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. We will do our best to make our customers happy, but some items may not be replaced with identical items. Substitutions may be made if necessary.
